Margaret Carter – Associate

Margaret specialises in Human Resources Consulting and organisational change management.

Experience

Margaret has extensive professional HR experience, having worked in senior positions with organisations such as EDS, Prudential, Arthur Anderson, and National Mutual Life Association.

As a consultant, Margaret works with CEOs and other senior managers to review and implement best practice human resources management strategy.  She has expertise in a broad range of areas including providing HR Audit and Gap Analysis, developing and implementation of cultural change, and performance management.

Some of her clients include: Optus, Mallesons, Hockey NSW, Law Society of NSW, and the Department of Ageing Housing and Disability Services.

Margaret brings a caring, outcome driven approach to her work. She builds strong rapport with her clients through a genuine interest and sense of curiosity in what they are doing and experiencing. Qualifications and Accreditations

Margaret holds an Honours degree in Science (Organisational Psychology) from the University of NSW and a Certificate in Adult Education & Training from Sydney University of Technology.

Margaret is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).She is a Level 1 Accredited Coach with the IECL.
